We have 13 branches & 12 ATM's right across the North Coast, stretching from South Tweed, to Grafton and out to Evans Head. Find the branch or ATM that is most convenient for you.
PCaccess is our internet banking facility. It allows members to complete a variety of banking tasks, without ever having to enter a Branch, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
DIAL is our telephone banking facility. It allows members to complete a variety of banking tasks, without ever having to enter a Branch, and its available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer a number of different cards. Find the card that is most convenient for you.
BPAY® is an electronic bill paying service which allows you to pay bills which display the BPAY® logo, using either PCaccess or DIAL. BPAY® View allows you to receive your bills electronically.
We can offer members personal cheque books, or Credit Union Cheques (counter cheques). Personal Cheque Books are only available on certain accounts, whereas Credit Union cheques can be drawn on available funds from any of your accounts.
Non-cash payments include direct debits and credits, External Funds Transfers (EFT's) and auto transfers. These can be set up either internally in your membership or to another financial institution. This saves you having to attend our branch or the other institution to effect the funds transfer.
Bank@Post allows you or another person to deposit funds into your account at an Australia Post Outlet.

SMS Alerts is a new service which allows you to obtain account balances simply by sending an SMS message from your mobile phone. You can then have account and transaction information sent directly to your mobile!
