Creating opportunities for players with disability

Football Connect, run by Capital Football, provides football playing opportunities for people with para and or intellectual disability, who are not interested in or may not yet be ready to play mainstream football.

On January 14th at our sponsor match day with Canberra United we utilised the opportunity to raise awareness and much needed funds for Football Connect by selling wristbands. We showed the Football Connect talent that was on offer by getting the team involved in our half time Score & Win activity, with great support from both teams on the sideline.

We look forward to continuing to support Football Connect and showing how it really is the game for everyone.
