Opening hours over the Easter break

Please be aware that our branches and Contact Centre will be closed for the Easter Break and ANZAC Day.

We will be closed from Friday 19th April to Monday 22nd April for the Easter break. Reopening on Tuesday 23rd April.

On Thursday 25th April, we will be closed for ANZAC Day. We will reopen for business on Friday 26th April as usual.

Banking services available to customers during this period include:

  • Banking App and Internet Banking; which give you access to your accounts 24 hours a day including transactions such as transfer of funds, bill payments, as well as reporting your card lost or stolen
  • The withdrawal of cash via ATMs, and during eftpos transactions
  • Phone Banking and SMS alerts

If you don’t have access to the Banking App or Internet Banking, you can report your card lost or stolen by calling us on 1300 802 222
