Payment Errors for Woolworths Customers

According to recent media reports from Monday 7th August, some Woolworths customers have had transactions re-processed for purchases made in March earlier this year. As a Summerland customer, you should not be affected by this incident.

Customers should be aware that Summerland is not a client of the provider responsible for the re-processing of transactions reported in the media.

It has been reported that Woolworths customers who used Visa cards between March 11-13 to shop at Woolworths supermarkets, liquor stores, petrol outlets and BIG W stores were charged for a second time on Monday.

As a Summerland customer, we recommend you review your transactions regularly through online banking, the mobile app and your monthly statements. You can always contact us if you have any questions in regards to your account.
