We would like to thank our customers who have provided feedback on our new app. We appreciate your patience and the time taken to share your thoughts with us.

We understand it can take time to get used to the update and new security features.

Due to the prevalence of data breaches and cybercrime, we have been working extra hard to protect our customers. You will need to enable your mobile lock screen function to be able to use the app. This security feature is now an industry standard for banking apps and we are pleased to be able to offer this level of security. To activate this on your mobile you will need access via the device settings.

Mobile devices require a certain level of hardware and software to run effectively. The older the device and operating system, the higher the risk of cybercriminals exploiting their vulnerabilities. Our new app has been developed to ensure we meet the changes in industry data security standards, which will continue to evolve as businesses work hard to keep ahead of cybercrime.

While we appreciate that change can be difficult, we hope that these updates will ultimately provide you with a more seamless and secure banking experience.
