We’re really excited to announce that today we opened the doors of our new branch at The Pines Elanora.
The new look and feel is fresh and contemporary with its blackbutt plantation timber throughout, open plan design and welcoming spaces for customer meetings.
The branch reflects a move away from the traditional transactional banking model with open space, customer service desks and a more relaxed environment to allow staff to understand and meet our customer needs.
CEO, John Williams, said the new branch would offer people in the Southern Gold Coast region the kind of personal and caring service that Summerland Credit Union has a reputation for.

We genuinely care about the financial wellbeing of our customers and we support the community, as well as the environmental and economic sustainability of the regions in which we operate,” John said.
Branch Manager Kylie Millwood couldn’t hold back her excitement when she opened the doors today, “It’s an amazing space for our customers to feel welcome and to do their banking in a style that suits them. We really wanted a space that our customers would look forward to visiting and we feel this meets the brief.”
