Go paper free and save time with eStatements! |
|
We are pleased to advise that we are now offering e-statements. Members will be able to opt out of receiving paper statements, which not only allows you to act in an environmentally friendly manner, but also to receive statements earlier than those which are posted. In most cases, eStatements will be available on the second day of the month, and will be accessed via our PCaccess Internet Banking system.
There is a new tab placed near the bottom of the current PCaccess menu called eStatements, where members will be able to access statements and marketing material. Here you can search for statements, and save and print them if you wish to. These are not transaction listings which you can currently access in PCaccess, but exact replicas of those you would otherwise receive in the mail. Marketing materials such as newsletters and other inserts will also be made available within estatements.
To access this great service, you will need to be registered for PCaccess. If you are not currently registered, or have misplaced your password, please visit your local branch or phone our Member Response Centre on 1300 361 561.
When you log on to PCaccess there will be a green Summerland eStatements banner located at the top of the page. By clicking on this, you will be able to register for eStatements. Detailed instructions will be loaded on the PCaccess help page in due time. Should you experience any difficulty or have further questions, please contact us on 1300 361 561.

As Australians, we take many basic things for granted, water, food, transport, hygiene and space. Many third world countries have suffered natural, economic or political disasters and the credit union movement of Australia believes that we should support the global, as well as our local, communities. Our industry supports a charitable foundation called the Credit Union Foundation (CUFA). A large part of its mission is to assist emerging credit unions around the world.

We understand members want a high return on invested funds, but also want to know that their savings are safe.
Most people understand higher rates of return on deposits can sometimes be associated with higher risks. And there are plenty of examples of people chasing high returns, only to lose everything when the organisation they deposit their money with collapses. How do you balance safety with high interest rates being advertised from time to time? Is there an easy explanation? Yes. Summerland can offer both.
The main difference is Summerland Credit Union is an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI). It is our ADI status that we dearly value…it is our ADI status that affords protection to our member depositors.
