Absolutely. Though many of our customers choose to set up their accounts in the comfort of their own homes, you can also set up an account over the phone or make an appointment at one of our branches where our friendly local staff will be happy to assist.

1. Eligibility: Must hold a current Commonwealth Senior Health card, Pensioner Concession card or Health Care card. Income must be credited to Everyday Basic account. Proof of eligibility to be provided every 3 years. Limit of one Everday Basic account per customer.

2. Eligibility: Must be in receipt of a government aged, veteran or disability pension.
