Can I enter the prize draw without visiting the cafes?
Yes! While enjoying a free coffee on us is part of the promotion, all you need to do to enter the competition is follow Summerland Bank on Instagram.
Can I enter the promotion if I don't have an Instagram account?
Participation in the promotion requires following Summerland Bank on Instagram – if you don’t have an Instagram account, consider creating one to join in on the fun!
Can I still enter the draw if I'm not a customer of Summerland?
Yes, the promotion is open to both customers and non-customers of Summerland Bank. Everyone is welcome to enjoy a free coffee and participate in the Instagram prize draw compeititon!
Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences 9am Wednesday, 17 January 2024 and concludes 11 pm Sunday, 18 February 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Entry into the Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 12 years or over as at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, excluding employees of Summerland Bank.
4. To enter the prize draw, follow Summerland Bank on Instagram. Every Instagram account that follows Summerland Bank on Instagram at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will be included in the prize draw (the valid entries).
5. Each Instagram account is eligible for one (1) entry only in the prize draw.
6. There is one (1) prize of $500.
7. The prize winner (the Prize Winner) will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
8. The Prize Winner will receive $500 deposited to a Summerland Bank transaction or savings account.
9. If you do not already hold a Summerland Bank transaction or savings account, you will be required to open one to collect your prize. This is a condition of collecting the prize. The standard Terms and Conditions applicable to that account type will apply to the opening and operation of the Account.
10. There is no minimum period for which the Account must remain open.
11. The prize draws will take place at Summerland House, 101 Molesworth Street, Lismore NSW 2480, on Tuesday, 20 February 2024, at 3 pm.
12. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Message by 5 pm on 20 February 2024.
13. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into or considered.
14. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the Northern Rivers Flood Recovery on 15 March 2024.
15. The Promotor retains the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion.
16. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether caused direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
