“I came to Summerland Bank with zero banking experience, straight from hairdressing! Now, I’ve had the chance to work in different branches, learning new roles with the support of the amazing Summerland family. I’ve made some incredible friends here, and honestly, I can’t picture myself anywhere else!“
Jess Shephard, Branch Team Leader.
Lismore
“From my first day of Induction I have felt welcomed and valued. The induction training was well organised and covered a lot of Summerland’s policies and procedures. Additionally, being offered to undertake a Certificate III in Financial Services as part of my training is a great opportunity to gain more skills in the finance industry.“
Mandy Bowling, Banking Advisor.
Grafton
“Summerland employ staff based off mutual core values, which results in a very positive work culture. I’ve loved the sense of openness and transparency since I started several years ago. I have felt encouraged to contribute ideas to the business and have been supported throughout many life changes retrospectively.“
Amelia Grant, Retail Ops Specialist.
