We’re making a small change to our Lismore branch trading hours to help us better support you and align with our other branches. 

We know how important it is to have access to banking services early in the day. By continuing to open at 9:00am, we can be available when many customers need us most, first thing in the morning. Adjusting our afternoon closing time also allows us to keep the branch open through the middle of the day and provide more consistent service across our network. 

From 1 February 2026, our Lismore branch hours will be: 

• Open: 9:00am 

• Close: 4:00pm 

While our hours are changing slightly, our team will still be available for lending appointments and other services outside these times, by arrangement. 

If you need assistance, our Contact Centre is available on 1300 728 728, and many everyday banking services are also accessible through Internet and Mobile Banking.
