The upgraded Internet Banking will feature a fresh layout that mirrors our mobile app, making it easier to navigate your accounts, payments, and cards.
Stronger security with two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication will be built in for added protection. You’ll be able to choose SMS codes or a secure token when prompted.
Extra protection against scams and fraud
Built-in checks will include Confirmation of Payee, along with scam and fraud warnings to help you pause and double-check before making payments.
Personalised dashboard and quick actions
You’ll be able to tailor your dashboard and use quick actions to access your most-used features faster.
Business banking ready
For business customers, the upgraded experience will support manual batch file uploads and clearer navigation for day-to-day banking tasks.
Real-time alerts and secure messaging
You’ll receive real-time alerts and be able to contact us through secure messaging inside Internet Banking, so support is always close by.
Go paperless with eStatements
You’ll be able to access eStatements and store important documents securely in one place.

The new experience has been designed to support accessibility, helping more customers bank with ease.
When the upgraded Internet Banking experience launches, your customer number and passcode will remain the same. You’ll simply log in as usual, with an extra security step when prompted.
